(Section needs more development) These books have been published for the MV industry. Nothing new has been published for several years, partially due to availability of free information on websites and partially due to high cost of producing hardcopy books for a limited audience.

Other
Increasingly, product documentation from the MV DBMS vendors has some sort of tutorial material. Ask your DBMS provider for links to all product documentation and tutorials.
